Quality of Client/Guest Services
Standard 1:There are processes in place to assure the quality of client/guest services.
  This Standard contains 32 required elements.
Competency, Licensure, Registration, and Credentials of Physicians and Staff
Standard 2: The physicians and staff providing client/guest services are competent and credentialed to provide those services.
  This Standard contains 31 required elements.
Client/Guest Care and Safety
Standard 3:The client/guest receives appropriate services and is not harmed.
  This Standard contains 55 required elements.
Client/Guest Satisfaction
Standard 4:The quality of services is determined by the satisfaction of the client/guest
  This Standard contains 6 required elements.
Facility Management and Sanitation
Standard 5:The facility is clean and is managed to protect the client's/guest's safety, to avoid infection, and to insure the client's/guest's comfort.

Confidentiality and Privacy of Client/Guest Information
Standard 6:The privacy of the client/guest information is protected.

Marketing
Standard 7:The marketing of the Spa is transparent

Spas vary in types of services provided. IMPAC™ Spa Standards will be tailored to address the category of Spa as outlined in the application. For Day Spas, Medi-Spas and some Physician Practice Spas, not all standard elements will be applicable.
